At Lash Up Salon, we are committed to providing high-quality education through our online lash and brow courses. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing.

Online Course Refunds
Due to the immediate access and release of intellectual property, we do not offer refunds on online course purchases once the course has been accessed. This policy is in place to protect the time, effort, and proprietary knowledge that goes into our education.

Copyright Infringement & Account Misuse
Lash Up Salon reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a student's access to any online course if there is evidence of copyright infringement, unauthorised distribution of course materials, or sharing of personal login credentials with non-paying individuals. These actions are considered a breach of our terms and are subject to legal consequences.

Damages & Issues with Kit Contents
If your order includes a kit, please inspect it upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and resolve it. We are unable to replace or refund items that have been opened, used, or reported outside of this 3-day window.
